1. The unused gun can be directly removed from the gun and replaced with the nozzle that needs to be replaced.

2. The used rubber gun tip should be preheated by electricity first, the preheating time is about 5-8 seconds, the old gun tip should be removed with a wrench, and then the new gun tip should be replaced to tighten.

3. Special note: hot melt adhesive is still stuck on the screw teeth of the used nozzle, which is closely adhered to the gun bore. Forcibly remove easily damaged gun body, do not use this method to operate!! Notes:

When working, the nozzle of hot melt gun and the melt temperature are higher, do not touch the human body, so as not to cause scald Why choose a pure copper nozzle gun？

Copper nozzles build in leakage-proof steel ball, steel ball will bolck the nozzle bore to prevent leakage when you stop using. Copper nozzles can be removed and interchange, you can interchange different specification nozzles to apply tp your different usage scenario.

Most Aluminium nozzles don't have leakage-proof steel ball, it will apear a little leakage when you stop using. Aluminium nozzle gun can not be removed nozzle and interchange, they have a lot of limits on usage scenario.
