Interface Descrtion

Switch: Connect a small switch as a power on or standby control

-Indicator: Connect LED light-emitting diode to indicate standby or power on

Battery: Connect the DC to monitor the battery voltage

Fan: Connect 12V cooling fan

220V: Connect the AC to monitor the inverter output voltage

Feedback: Connected to the transformer 220V terminal detection output voltage regulator

When JP7 and JP8 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 300n

When JP3 and JP8 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 500n

When JP4 and JP7 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 1.0u

When JP3 and JP4 are short-circuited at the same time: dead time is 1.5u

JP7 4 DT1 JP4 JP8 5 LED+ JP9 When JP9 is short-circuited: the LCD backlight is always on

When JP9 is shorted: the LCD backlight is not lit

The default setting of the driver board jumper is JP5, JP2, JP7, JP8 short circuit, the corresponding function is 50Hz, 35 soft start, dead time 300n5,

Users can change according to their needs.

Note: The same function jumper cannot be shorted at the same time. For example, JP1 cannot be shorted simultaneously with JP5.

LED warning indication

The EGS002 driver board has an LED alarm indication function that can be used to determine the type of fault based on the LED. The specific definition is as follows:

·Normal: long bright

·Overcurrent: fing 2 times, off 2 seconds, always cycling

·Overvoltage: 3 fes, 2 seconds off, always cycle

·Undervoltage: 4 fes, 2 seconds off, always cycle

·Over temperature: 5 fes, 2 seconds off, always cycle
