PWM control: at high ( Greater than 1750us), NO(Normal Open) and COM(Common) are connected (at the same time, NC(Normal Close) and COM(Common) are disconnected).
(This means that NC(Normal Close) and COM(Common) are connected at all times except Greater than 1750us)
