If the buyer has any disputes regarding the products or gifts sold in our store, page descriptions, payment methods, payment terms, payment amounts, etc., they shall be resolved through negotiation between the buyer and the seller. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court of Tiantai County, where the seller is located, for litigation resolution. All buyers who place an order shall be deemed to have agreed to this agreement.
