Instructions for use: hold the cutter in your working hand and insert the-blade into the washer; make sure the spring is always pointing upwards, i.e. above  the-blade when you pull the cutter towards you.
In the first position, you can slice or peel cabbages, potatoes (for French fries), carrots, cucumbers, etc.
In the second position you can cut thicker slices such as potatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, carrots slices etc.
