Small flaws and a bit off what was described

I bought 24 bowls (two sets of 12) and one bowl had a significant flaw of a brown mark on the rim making it look dirty. Two others had more minor flaws but noticable. Also, though the color was described as "white" the bowls are actually off-white and are noticably grayish when alongside pure white plates. The bowls are serviceable but not quite what I wanted.
