III. Common Questions.1. It prompts that it';s unable to register.A: There are two general situations:a. The device';s number does not exist or the number has been registered, please contact us (the seller) about it at once.

B. The account has been registered, that is, you just need to change another account that can be registered.2. The device is unable to charge or you can not turn it on.A: The device has less than 100% power after it leaves the factory. During the long-term transport, it may lose lots of power for the environment is always changing, which causes that it is unable to turn on when you receive it. At this case, connect the data cable with a 5V adapter, charge the device for about ten minutes, then it will prompt it is charging.3. APP is downloaded, but the device can not connect with the phone. The App fails to send any command, prompting that the device has not connected network yet. Or the App map does not update the current position and time of the watch, and it also fails to send the position.A: Because the device';s connection is unsuccessful, which caused by the following three situations:(1) Check whether the watch';s GSM signal is normal or not, whether there the "E" is.(2) Check whether the mobile phone';s network signal is good or not.(3) Check whether the device';s SIM card support 2G network; the device only supports 2G network.4. The device fails to power off: it is required to take out the card and then long press the power button.A: Because the device is inserted the SIM card, you can not long press the button to shut it down. This design is to prevent the child shut it down by himself or in case that bad guys are easily to shut it down. So After the SIM card inserted, you have to use APP to remotely shut it down.5. the product can not be connected to WiFi, you need to install the SIM card, and then via the mobile phone APP positioning, some customers think that it can connect to WiFi directly.A: Wifi is aimed at more precise positioning. And the watch can not be connected to wifi. Generally indoor GPS signal will not be quite good, wifi have a fixed physical address, so the indoor GPS signal is not that good, wif Positioning will be automatically searching for nearby wifi, improving positioning accuracy.6.
