How to set the clock correctly：

1. Download the HeroBandIII (scan the QR code or search HeroBandIII in the App Store to download it) and then turn on Bluetooth on your phone.

2. Open the APP and click on Bind Device select P22 from the list.

3. After connecting you can set some personal settings.

Note: Our APP is HeroBandIII please download the correct APP otherwise you can't set the clock correctly. Also the watch is connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth but this process must be completed. in der Anwendung.

Sleep tracking: If you fell asleep with the watch on, it will track your sleep. After waking up, press 'SLEEP' to know your sleep time. Check your sleep trends over the past 7 days in the HeroBandIII app.

How to wear the watch and measure your heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen：

1. Connect the watch to; Your phone in the HeroBandⅢ app, enter your personal information accurately.

2. Do not wear the watch too tight.

To receive message notifications on the watch:

1. HeroBandIII to; Notify in your phone settings.

2.After the watch is connected to the phone, open HeroBandIII and click "Notifications" select the notifications you want to receive such as phone calls, SMS, Facebook or Twitter, etc.

3. Please confirm whether the message can be viewed in the phone's notification bar. The watch receives messages by reading the phone's notification bar. If the message notification does not work on the phone, the watch cannot receive the message.

Note: The strap contains traces of nickel, please do not buy it if you are allergic to nickel.

The screen is hard and the white screen is protective film.

More functions:

Timer: Tap "Timer" on the screen to use the function. Swipe left to exit.

Camera remote control: Tap "CAMERA" in HeroBandIII after connecting the smartwatch. Then you can take a photo by clicking the icon or shaking the smartwatch.

Music control: Once connected, tap "MUSIC" on the screen to play/pause music. You need to turn on the phone's player before you can use the function.

Weather forecast: The smartwatch displays the current temperature and weather for today and the weather forecast for tomorrow.
