Hello everyone, we are sozo Leathercraft tools. We have been engaged in the R & D and s of hand-made leather goods and hand-made leather carving profeional tools since 2011. Technology: CNC fine carving

CNC is one of the most sophisticated printing tools. The proceing time of each printing is long. It is so-called slow work produces fine work. It is carved on stainle steel with a very sharp head. The head is very easy to wear. It is neceary to do the second and third times to ensure the finene. Each printing is checked with a high power magnifying gla before leaving the hine.

Material: 304 stainle steel

After a variety of materials comparison, although 304 stainle steel proceing is the most difficult, but its hardne is high, so the maintenance performance is more outstanding, the service life is the longest.

Integrated pole: whole pole turning

The welded pole is very easy to fracture when being hammered. Although the integral rod needs to drop most of the material car of the whole bar, the cost is high, but the integrated rod is durable.

R & D: fine data

Because the printing head is too fine, it is impoible to determine the value through measurement, so each printing is adjusted to accurate data in countle proofing, sample and redo.

Polishing: full manual polishing

Relying on the experience of using printing tools, the polishing master can not only ensure the clarity of printing, but also avoid eating cow hide in the proce of using, so as to maintain the finene to the greatest extent.

In view of the fact that some realistic patterns only need a sense of hierarchy of structure, we have developed a series of smooth trimming tools. There are B200 and B203 in craft ordinary printing, but they still feel that they are not enough to meet the needs of all positions. Therefore, we have developed a set of 6 smooth trimming tools, which can be easily handled in all long, short or narrow areas. The head of each branch has different radians according to different places of use. The minimum size is suitable for the line of narrow area, No.2 is suitable for small petal C cutting line, No.3 and No.4 are common for edge tapping, No.5 is for long line, and no.6 is suitable for long line of large work.
