USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. to make the mouthguards comfortably fit, you may need 70℃-80℃ hot water and a cup of ice water for form-fitting.

2. DO NOT use boiling water or hot shot water from the drinking fountain which may erod the guards.

3. liner facing down in hot water for about 10 secs, then fit onto the upper teeth and bite firmly but not too hard.

4. place the guards in the mouth and test for secure and comfortable fit, if it does not fit comfortably or stay in place, allow a few minutes to rest and then repeat the previous teps.

5. the fitting proce may last for half a minute, and then cool off the mouthguards sufficiently.

6. if neceary, carefully trim off the small pieces of the mouthguards for perfect fit.
