Heat treatment:

1. when in the proce of salt bath quenching,the temperature of the HSS blade should be in the range of 1205 to 1215 degrees.

2. When the level of metallograpic organization reaches 10~11,we grading isothermal,hot clip,tempering on the HSS for 4 times

(tempering proce are not allowed to over heat).By this way,the tiue stiffne of HSS blade can reaches 64~65HRC.
