A. Product after-sales policy:
The company implements a policy of 7-day return, three-month exchange, and one-year warranty (usually extended by 2 months). However, for return and exchange, it is only allowed when the product is intact and the appearance is not worn.
B、 Paid services

C. Other services
We have the following requirements for all customer repair products:
1. To prevent damage during transportation, customers are kindly requested to pack the faulty parts properly. If any damage is caused during transportation due to improper packaging, the customer will be responsible.
2. Customers are requested to choose a transportation company that charges reasonable, legitimate, and delivers goods to their doorstep, in order to improve repair efficiency and shorten repair cycles. Please confirm with our company before shipping as much as possible. For large items, transportation is the main method, and for small items, payment on delivery is refused.
3. For repaired products, please ask the customer to provide a list of accompanying items, as well as fill in the sender's address, name, and contact phone number in detail
When the list of repaired products does not match the actual product, the customer service representative will contact you promptly.
4. Both parties shall bear half of the transportation costs incurred during transportation. Our company stipulates that the shipper shall pay for the freight, considering the high cost of paying for the freight. If the return time is delayed due to payment issues, the customer shall bear the responsibility themselves.
5. All repaired products must be confirmed with our company for the correct address before mailing. If any repair losses are caused by incorrect address or name, the customer shall be responsible.
Warranty system:
If the product malfunctions during normal use (note: normal use refers to intentional or negligent damage caused by ordinary users under normal use), the product is guaranteed a three-month replacement and a one-year warranty
Warranty becomes invalid in the following situations
1) The product has been damaged due to incorrect operation, negligent use, or force majeure (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes)
2) The product has been repaired or modified by our company's technical personnel
3) The product body code or warranty label has been replaced, altered, or torn
4) Serious damage or breakage to the appearance (if repair is required, additional accessory costs will be required)
