Correct measurement method

Correct measuring posture 1) Please sit in a room where the temperature is appropriate for measurement. Your body should be relaxed and posture should be natural. Please take a deep breath at first before measuring blood preure, and then relax your body. Keep your posture correct. Keep the blood preure monitor consistent with your heart.
