Does this product work with my computer?

1. This product only work with Desktop PC, NOT work with laptop.

2. On the computer motherbard, if you can find:  "Power_SW" cable, "Reset_SW" cable, e port, normally it will be compatible.

If the computer turn on automatically after it's turned off, here are poible solutions:

1. On computer, go to WINDOWS settings and "Power Options", change the option "When Pre on Power on“ to "Shut Down".

2. On computer, go to WINDOWS settings and "Power Options", enable the option "turn on fast startup".3. On computer, go to BIOS settings / Anvanced / APM Configuration, change the option "ErP Ready" to "Disabled" status.4. On computer, go to BIOS setting/ CPU configuration, disable the "Deep sleep" option.5. If your computer use "Wake on Lan", please close it.

How to install the card? How to connect the card with Tuya Zigbee Hub?

1. Find the POW_SW and RESET_SW cables on the computer motherboard.

2. Disconnect the POW_SW and RESET_SW cables from the motherboard, add the card between the cables and motherboard. Insert the card into the e port.

3. Get through the computer power, the card indicator light will blink in blue color. If not blinks, please long pre the on on the card until you hear "di-di-di" 3 beep sound. This means the card is in pairing mode.

4. Connect "Tuya Zigbee Hub" with wifi router in Tuya APP, open "Tuya zigbee hub" in APP, click "add device" and connect the card.

How to connect the 433 Remote Control with the card?

1. In Tuya App, open the "RF study" function in device setting of the card.

2. Short Pre on the Remote Control, connection succeeded.

How to disconnect the 433 Remote Control with "Tuya PRO Card" and "USB PRO Card"

Long pre the "Reset on" on computer case, you will hear "di", "di", "di-di", "di-di-di", "di-di-di-di", release the on

When hear "di-di-di-di", then all 433 Remote Control connection is deleted.

No, this smart PC power switch can't turn off computer in sleep mode or in screen lock mode. When you pre the power on on the computer case, it also can't turn off the computer. It's decided by the computer system.
