Confirm the resolution settings of your monitor and computer. This product supports a resolution of 4K@60Hz. If the resolution exceeds 4K@60Hz, it may not be displayed correctly. Please lower the resolution and try again.

Check the specification of the HDMI cable. To display at 4K@60Hz resolution, the resolution of the HDMI cable, the monitor and the computer all need to support 4K@60Hz.

Try switching the display connected to it on/off, or re-plugging each connector.
