Can the ferrule be removed to shorten the bred cable housing?Please use tools to cut the tip off and slide bathe ferrule(or directly take off the ferrule), wrap tape at the p you need to cut (to prevent fraying) e the cut, leaving a bit of the tape on the end, carefully slide the ferrule over the freshly cut end.
