Pull hairpin and release clevis pin from the winch hook. 4. Remove the four bolts that fasten the two halves of the Split Hook Cable Stopper together. 5. P the cable or rope between the two halves, insert the four bolts, then tighten. 6. Re-attach hook to cable end. 7. To stow the hook, grip clutch, and rect cable on winch spool until hook is snug against hook stopper and fairlead. 8.
