3. Connection instruction

1) Connecting with Switch console

A. Insert a game card into a Switch console then power on the console.

B. Place the console in the holder of the console properly then connect the console to a TV/monitor.

C. Connect this controller to the USB port on the side of the holder, the four LED indicators of the controller will be blinking, operate the controller according to the hints on the interface of the console then short pre on ldquoArdquo button or ldquoHOMErdquo button to confirm, one of the LEDs will be solid bright, thus the controller is ready to be used.

2) Connecting with PC

A. PC Mode: Insert the USB plug of the controller to the USB port of a PC, when the PC displays that the driver is installed succefully and the four LEDs are solid bright then the controller is ready to be used.

B. PC 360 Mode: Under the PC mode, Long pre and hold on the ldquo-ldquo button and ldquoHOMErdquo button simultaneously for 5s, the four LEDs will be off then one of the LEDs will be lit and keeps solid bright, the controller is turned to PC 360 Mode succefully; Under the PC 360 Mode, Long pre and hold on the ldquo-ldquo button and ldquoHOMErdquo button simultaneously for 5s, the single LED will be off then the four LEDs will be lit and keep solid bright, the controller is turned to PC Mode.

6. Questions and answers on controller connecting

1) My PC doesnrsquot recognize this controller when I connect it to my PC, why?

Answer: When you connect this controller to a USB port of your PC, you need to wait for the controller driver to be installed in your PC automatically, the four LEDs of the controller are solid bright when itrsquos in PC mode. You can see the ldquoSwitch Controllerrdquo icon in your PC ldquodevicesrdquo, it means the controller driver is installed succefully then the controller can be used.

2) When I convert from PC mode to PC 360 mode, there is no reaction, why?

Answer: When you connect this controller to your PC (Win7/8/10 or above), PC 360 driver will be installed automatically to your PC. If PC 360 driver is not installed succefully in your PC, you need download PC 360 driver and install it to your PC manually. Once PC 360 driver is installed in your PC succefully then you can convert from PC mode to PC 360 mode.

3) When I plug this controller to the USB port of a Switch console, there is no reaction, why?

Answer: Click ldquoSettingrdquo in the Switch console and follow the steps below to turn on ldquoPro Controllerrdquo function.
