Answer 1:

• Check if the device is battery empty

• Connect the mp3 player with the adapter, check again

• If the player still can not turn on. Please feel free to contact our after-s service center

• Check the earphone, if there have dust in the earphone there will cause the noise

• Try to play other music files, once the music file was damage it will cause the noise

• Check if the volume was “0”
