The advantage of the Xiaomi Mi WiFi Range Extender AC1200 device is its compact size at the level of 84 x 100 x 82 millimeters.
The product can be connected directly to an electrical outlet with the special terminal (reduction). The setting and control of the individual parameters is also possible via the Mi Home mobile application.
In terms of connectivity, IEEE 802.11ac / n / a (5 GHz) and IEEE 802.11n / b / g (2.4 GHz) support is available. In this case, the maximum connection speed stopped at 867 Mbps at 5 GHz (802.11ac, 2 x 2 antennas at 80 MHz) resp. 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz (802.11 n, 2 x 2 antennas at 40 MHz).
The signal extender supports the security standard WPA-PSK resp. WPA2-PSK. There are two modes of use, namely Range Extended mode and Access Point mode. The equipment of this device also includes 64 MB of RAM for smooth operation and fast connection.
On the body of this device elaborated in opaque black base, we also find an ethernet port (1 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port) or a pair of control buttons (WPS button and Reset button). There are also LED diodes which indicate the current status of this device.
The package of this product contains the same Wi-Fi signal extender, the warranty card and also short instructions for use in standard paper format.
