General Terms & Conditions

• The promoter is Jumia Uganda.
• Open the page on the Jumia App.
• Enter your username and email.
• This competition is open to the public.
• The employees, and immediate families of the promoter, as well as the associated companies, contractors, and any other agencies associated with this competition, are not eligible to participate in these games.
• To redeem the prize, winners MUST present current and valid identification matching the name used in the entry and be willing to have their images taken. Such images may be used by the promoter for further marketing campaigns. Winners must also physically come to the Jumia Corporate Office to collect the item.
• Jumia reserves the right to cancel fraudulent treasure hunt orders that do not meet the criteria or are determined to be suspicious at the promoter's discretion
• The winner will have to come to Jumia's HQ to receive their prize if it’s not a voucher.
• It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products and services, distributed and/or supplied by the promoters in the center(s) or otherwise.
• The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter's control.
• It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they win a prize (including photographs, films, and/or recordings) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the competition (including any outcome) and promoting any products and services distributed and/or supplied by the promoter.
• By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims, or demands that the entrant may have against the promoter or that the promoter may incur for any loss or damage that is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition, winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize
• The promoter's decision regarding all matters related to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• If you are an eligible winner, a Jumia representative will contact you via the email or Call and communicate a later date to come and pick up your prize or will send it to you.
• Jumia reserves the right to disqualify ineligible winners or entries it deems fraudulent.

Top Shopper Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Customers must be registered and meet specific criteria for order value and frequency to qualify as Top Shoppers.
• 3 winners will be elected as Top Shopper and the criteria for selection will be based on ; Customer with highest order value, customer with the highest purchase history, Customer with second highest order value
• Customers must shop between 1st November to 30th November
• Winners will be awarded at the end of the Campaign
• Customers must collect items within 1 week

Treasure HuntTerms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Open to participants aged 15 and older; employees of Jumia Uganda and their families are excluded.
• Game Mechanics: Participants receive clues which involve browsing the Jumia App to find specific locations/items; completion must occur within the designated time frame.
• Prizes: Non-transferable prizes will be awarded to the first our participants who complete the hunt; winners will be notified via email & Calls.
• Jumia reserves the right to cancel fraudulent treasure hunt orders that do not meet the criteria or are determined to be suspicious at the promoter's discretion
• Previous treasure hunt winners are not eligible to win.
• Only one customer can win one treasure hunt item, and it cannot be shared.
• Treasure hunt winners MUST be valid customers on Jumia with a purchase history.
• Suspicious orders include, but are not limited to, orders placed by customers with more than one Jumia account or where the Jumia account has not placed successful orders before the treasure hunt period.

Wheel Of Fortune Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Participants must be 15 years or older; employees and their families are not eligible.
• Game Mechanics: Each participant is allowed one spin per day; prizes are clearly marked on the wheel.
• Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed within 7 days of winning.

Puzzle Game Terms & Conditions

• Participants must be 15 years or older; Jumia employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
• Slide the tiles around until they are arranged numerically, with slide 1 at the top left and the empty slide at the bottom right of the grid.
• The participants who arrange the tiles in the shortest amount of time become the winner(s).
• If there's a tie, the participants who arrange the tiles at an earlier time during the day become the winner(s).
