The o.b Original tampons with curved grooves efficiently conduct liquid into the inside of the tampon, and the StayDry technology ensures a dry retrieval tape as well as a clean feel. The original normal tampons from o.b. are ideal for medium to stronger days. In addition, the original tampons are gynaecologically tested, contain a 100% plant-based tampon core and are free from harmful chemicals (e.g. pesticides), chlorine bleach and perfume.

Application of Tampons

There are a few things to keep in mind when using tampons:

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after inserting a tampon.

Adjust the tampon size to the strength of your days.

Change the tampon regularly. If the bleeding is heavy, the tampon should be changed more often, usually every 3 - 6 hours. The tampon can also be worn for 6 to 8 hours on days with less bleeding.

It is recommended to change the tampon after a maximum of 8 hours!

Of course, tampons can also be used overnight. If you sleep longer than 8 hours, change the tampon as soon as you get up.

For reasons of hygiene, tampons are individually packed. Make sure you only use tampons whose original packaging is undamaged.
