It uses the latest technology which connects it on your phone or Laptop using a USB Cable.
How to connect it and Record:
Before you connect it, get a memory card or SD card of any size 4GB, 8GB, 16GB or 32GB and insert it in the SD slot of the charger. 
Turn on the switch and also insert the top plug provided in the box. Now connect the charger in the power outlet which is near the place where you want to capture the recording footage. 
Test record for about 10-20min then remove it from the power outlet, connect the USB cable(included in the box)  to the charger and your laptop USB port or connect your Phone/data cable to the USB port of the charger and charge port of your phone.
On your Phone, go to my files or file manager and look for SD card. click on the icon and click on the video file that you recorded to view the video
 On your laptop double click on ''My computer or This computer'' icon then look for the SD card drive which will be one of the icons on the display. Double click the SD icon to show the footage which you recorded. If all is wee then you can plug the charger back to your recording post and make your recordings!
