Mediocre
I loved it at first since I thought it was very affordable and at campus this is a daily necessity, which you can't keep borrowing. However I was left disappointed when the plastic melted around the screw and the ironing base came off the handle and I was left with an unusable flat iron. Please vet the products you sell, you are getting a reputation of selling fake products, which I don't think is true.
