1. Remove the protective cover by turning it counterclockwise.

2. Pull out the grinding head.

3. Align the other grinding head with the shaft and press.

4. Install the protective cover by turning it clockwise.

How to Use?

1. Soak your feet in the warm water for 10-15 minutes then wipe with a dry cloth.
