All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your poeion more than 7 days, it is considered used and we won't iue you a refund or replacement. There are no exceptions! Shipping cost is depend on duty.

Items are shipping from China, there are about 3 work days for us to package and 10~45 oversea shipping days. As all the products are shipping by airplane which are not allowed to carry battery, you should buy the general battery by yourself. If you want choose another shipping way such as UPSS etc, please contact with us before you set an order
